The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom. There's cable tv as well as a queen-sized sleep sofa in the living room, so this unit sleeps 6 people comfortably. Soak up the sun in the outdoor pool and admire one of Ocean City's beautiful bayside sunsets. Other amenities include 1 parking space, high speed internet, a full kitchen, and an elevator for easy access to the condo. There is also a washer and dryer that guests need to pay to use, located downstairs in a common area near the elevators. Enjoy some of the many nearby Midtown restaurants and activities including Taphouse, AlleyOops, Nick's mini golf and more! Also located directly next to Seacrets, this unit is great for experiencing Ocean city's night life!

*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $105. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

***We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
