Check out the awesome kitchen with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops! This 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a queen sized bed in the bedroom along with a sleep sofa and sleep chair in the living room, allowing you to sleep 5 people comfortably. Great, prime vacation location! With views on the balcony of the ocean and bay, you can relax in the bar height adirnodack chairs and enjoy the sunrise and sunset! This condo is located on the 4th floor and the building has an elevator. You'll also enjoy having high speed internet/wifi and a washer and dryer in the unit. There are two Smart TVs, one in the living room and another in the bedroom, so you can stream your favorite shows with your login credentials. This condo also comes with two unassigned parking spaces. This perfectly located condo is just north of the boardwalk and close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Seacrets and other restaurants and bars and mini golf! Also close to Coconuts, Barn 34, Shotti's Point and Sandbar Karaoke Bar.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

Linens for this unit will cost $92.75. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
