This is a large, spacious floor plan - you won't be cramped in this one! 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms! 1400 sq. ft. 4th floor top level unit with elevator in building! 2 free parking spots under cover and a washer and dryer in the unit! All bedrooms have a queen size bed and 3rd bedroom has queen plus bunk beds! Cable, free wifi/high speed internet, central A/C and DVD player in unit! This condo is located on the 4th floor and there is an elevator in the building. The Waves building is a perfect North Ocean City location and is close to restaurants, bars, mini golf, etc.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $137.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
