This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townouse/condo located in the 116th St./Jamestown Rd. area has tons of recent upgrades including granite kitchen counter tops, stainless steel appliances and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon favorite drink on the main level or master bedroom balconies. Included with this property is high speed internet/wifi, 2 assigned parking spaces and a washer and dryer. You can stream from the large TV in the living room (with your login credentials) and also from the TV in the main bedroom via firestick. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed, bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed, a twin bed and a twin trundle so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. The kitchen has all the essentials you need for cooking your vacation meals. You can also bring your boat, jet ski or favorite water toy and dock it in the boat slip. Contact us if you have questions about the slip but generally it will accommodate a 23 ft. boat or smaller. The home is perfectly located for a great Ocean City family vacation!
