This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a full bed and a twin bed. There's also a queen sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 7 people comfortably. The condo also has recent upgrades including new luxury vinyl plank flooring and 2 new bathrooms. You'll enjoy central air conditioning, cable TV, high speed internet/Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer and 1 assigned parking space. You can also relax on the large balcony so there's plenty of room for everyone. This condo is in walking distance to many great restaurants and bars including Seacrets, Macky's, 45th St. Taphouse and also mini golf, shops, etc. This great condo is in the perfect location for your beach vacation!

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $119.99. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Exellent place!

"This condo is the perfect getaway place! It is a 2 minute walk to the beach, and you can hear the ocean from the porch. The updated inside of the condo is cute and cozy, as well. It is situated in the perfect place, close enough to drive to the boardwalk, yet far enough away to not get all of the noise and traffic. Great place to stay! Highly recommend!"
