This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom end unit condo is the perfect spot for your OC vacation. This tastefully decorated condo offers central A/C, high speed wifi internet, and a full size kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher! There is a Smart TV in the living room so you can enjoy streaming with your login credentials. There is a TV in the second bedroom but this is for DVDs only. This perfect midtown location is known for the best restaurants and bars in town! Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 includes a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom, a twin on top and a twin trundle bed so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. One reserved parking spot. No washer/dryer in unit. 2nd floor condo. No elevator in building.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $110. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
