The large living/dining room areas offer an open floor plan with plenty of room for everyone to gather and socialize - you won't be cramped here! Located off of 26th St. in the vibrant and exciting part of town, you'll have easy access to the ocean, beach, famous boardwalk, and all of the exciting events happening at the inlet. This space is perfect for accommodating up to 10 people. High speed internet/wifi is included, along with cable tv in the living room, the second bedroom and the third bedroom. The first and second bedroom have queen beds. The third bedroom has two bunk beds that both have full and single mattresses. Central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and one assigned parking spot is provided for added convenience, along with a large covered porch where you can sit and enjoy your favorite beverage, people watch or simply take in the breeze off the Atlantic Ocean. This is even one of the few condos in town that has a huge side community yard along with a picnic table and grill for your enjoyment. There is even a view of the ocean that can be enjoyed from the front porch. Whether you're looking to enjoy the waves, explore nearby attractions, or simply unwind, this condo has everything you need for a memorable vacation! In addition to this great condo being close to the boardwalk and beach, it is also walking distance to many restaurants like Fish Tales, Mother's Cantina, Pit N Pub, Dry Dock 28, Higgins Crab House, etc. Enjoy the charm of this condo for your perfect Ocean City vacation! This condo is on the second floor, and the building does not have an elevator.

Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillowcase for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package costs $160.00. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
