Enjoy your coffee on the upper level deck that looks out to the heart of downtown ocean city. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs and stainless steel appliances. The first floor bedroom includes a queen bed and a bunk bed (twin on top and double on the bottom). The second floor bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. You'll be walking distance to historical restaurants and bars such as The Angler, MR Ducks, Purple Moose and more. In addition, you're a short walk to the Inlet amusement parks, rides, arcades, etc. Enjoy your beach vacation in the fun part of downtown Ocean City!

This condo also has 2 full bathrooms, with one on the main level and another on the second level. The living room has a Smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite streaming services (logging in with your own credentials). Other amenities include central air conditioning, Wi-Fi/high speed internet, a washer and dryer and one assigned, under the building parking spot. Please note no additional parking spaces are available.The entry is on the second level of the building and there is no elevator in the building.

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $146.75 Guests must supply all soap and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
