Vacation in style on Sunset Island! This luxurious townhome has 4 bedrooms plus a main level office with a pull out couch that can be used as a 5th bedroom. The home also has 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. You'll enjoy free high speed internet/wifi, cable TV and there is a full sized washer and dryer in the townhouse. You also have parking for 4 vehicles (unless they are all really big SUVs, then you may only be able to fit 4). This is the perfect vacation home in the perfect vacation community! Sunset Island, the ultimate vacation destination in Ocean City, is a private, gated community which includes expansive resort amenities with an indoor and outdoor pool, private beach, on site restaurant, exercise room, locker room with sauna, all steps from your vacation home! The fishing pier and interactive fountains are favorite features as well! It's a short drive to popular restaurants and bars such as Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, Dead Freddies, etc. so you're close to everything!

The bedrooms are on the third and fourth floors. The primary bedroom is on the third floor and has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom had a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top. The fourth bedroom is on the fourth floor and has a king sized bed.

Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available. A complete line set includes a sheet and pillow case for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.

*Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry. Rental is not available to groups under the age of 25.

**Please note: Sunset Island properties have a mandatory resort/parking fee of $100 January thru April; $150 May 1 thru May 28; $200 May 29 thru September 10; $150 September 11 thru September 30; $100 October thru December. This fee includes 6 facility passes. Additional passes can be purchased for $70 each.
