Vacation in style on Sunset Island! This luxurious, window-filled townhome has 4 bedrooms plus a main level office with a pull out couch that can be used as a 5th bedroom. The home also has 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. There's plenty of room to entertain in the large living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen has a center island, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are also balconies off of the living room, main bedroom and fourth floor bedroom. You'll enjoy free high speed internet/wifi, cable TV and there is a full sized washer and dryer in the townhouse. You also have parking for 4 vehicles (unless they are all really big SUVs, then you may only be able to fit 3). There's a 2 car garage and a driveway for 2 more cars. This is the perfect vacation home in the perfect vacation community!

Sunset Island, the ultimate vacation destination in Ocean City, is a private, gated community which includes expansive resort amenities with an indoor and outdoor pool, private beach, on site restaurant, exercise room, locker room with sauna, all steps from your vacation home! The fishing pier and interactive fountains are favorite features as well! It's a short drive to popular restaurants and bars such as Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, Dead Freddies, etc. so you're close to everything!

The bedrooms are on the third and fourth floors. The primary bedroom is on the third floor and has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top. The fourth bedroom is on the fourth floor and has a king sized bed. You also have a first floor den which has a sleep sofa so this can be used as a fifth bedroom.

Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available. A complete linen set costs $180.00 and includes a sheet and pillow case for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry. Rental is not available to groups under the age of 25.

**Please note: Sunset Island properties have a mandatory resort/parking fee of $100 January thru April; $150 May 1 thru May 24; $200 May 25 thru September 13; $150 September 14 thru September 30; $100 October thru December. This fee includes 6 facility/pool passes. Additional passes can be purchased for $70 each at the resort once you arrive. These passes are needed for anyone ages 4 and older.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
