Catch a glimpse of the ocean from the large wrap balcony that can be accessed from the living areas and main bedroom. Great building with an elevator just across the street (1.5 blocks, a 3-4 minute walk) from the beach and Atlantic Ocean! The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a pair of double beds, and the living room has a Queen sleep sofa so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. The property has high speed wifi/internet so you can enjoy streaming with your login credentials from the Smart TVs. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit. This condo is also handicapped/wheelchair accessible with 36" door openings and comes with 2 parking spaces, one covered assigned and another unassigned. You'll have two parking spaces, one assigned and another unassigned. Condo is located on the fourth floor and there is an elevator in the building. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse, Tequila Frogs and Alley Oops to name a few! Also close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options!
