Oceanview condo with a rooftop pool! 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo in midtown Ocean City close to everything! Great building with an elevator just across the street (1.5 blocks, a 3-4 minute walk) from the beach and Atlantic Ocean! Master bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has two double beds. Living room has a sleep sofa so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. The condo comes with free wifi/high speed internet and there are 3 Smart TVs, which you can use with your login credentials. It is located on the 4th floor, has a balcony and there is an elevator in the building. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit. This condo is also handicapped/wheelchair accessible with 36" door openings. This condo comes with 2 parking spaces, one assigned and another unassigned. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse, Tequila Frogs and Alley Oops to name a few! Also close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options!
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $127.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
**Please note fireplace is not currently operational.
*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
