Two bedroom condo with outdoor pool! This cozy ground level condo is located on Lark Lane (off of 28th St.) and is approx. 1/2 mile from the beach and Atlantic Ocean - a very quick drive or a 12-15 minute walk. This modern condo features vinly plank flooring throughout, new paint and a newer HVAC system. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two bunk beds (4 single beds) allowing you to sleep 6 people comfortably. Enjoy complimentary high speed internet/wifi and a smart TV in the living room and master bedroom so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) The condo has a split system HVAC unit in the living room and both bedrooms, very unique for this building so you will always be cool. There is a washer and dryer in the condo and you have two unassigned parking spaces. There is also typically plenty of free street parking. This condo is at the west end of 28th St. so you are not in all the hustle and bustle, but you are still a short walk or drive to everything. You'll be close to several restaurants and bars and there is even mini golf at the end of the street. You're also just minutes away from Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park and tons of other places. **NOTE: There is a queen sleep sofa in the living room if you prefer to use that instead of two of the bunk beds BUT the maximum occupancy for the property is still 6 people at all times.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $116.55. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for the maximum occupancy of 6 people. NOTE: If you purchase the linen package, linens are provided for the king bed and 4 twin beds, not the sleep sofa, you will still need to bring linens for the sleep sofa since the maximum occupancy is 6 people. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
