You'll have two parking spaces, one assigned under cover and the other unassigned. Stay comfortable year-round with central air conditioning and heating, and enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. This condo is on the third floor and the building has an elevator. This condo is in PRIME LOCATION. Your balcony overlooks Coconuts Beach Bar so you are steps to tons of fun! Coconuts is one of the few places in Ocean City where you can get served food and drinks on the beach! You are also within 10-12 blocks of tons of fun places including Seacrets, Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park, Barn 34, Shotti's Point, 45th St. Taphouse, Mini golf and lots more!

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $110. Guests must supply all soap and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
