Ocean block first floor 3 bedroom corner condo - steps to the beach and ocean! This window-filled condo makes for the perfect bright and sunny vacation! The living, dining and kitchen areas are in a large, open area so entertaining and socializing is easy. Recent upgrades include granite counter tops and vinyl plank flooring. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom and a twin sized bed on top. There is also a full sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 9 people comfortably. You'll enjoy 2 full bathrooms, high speed internet/wifi, cable TV (in the living room and bedrooms 1 and 2) and a washer and dryer. There is one assigned parking spot and another unassigned guest spot available for parking for 2 vehicles. There is also plenty of free street parking nearby. You can relax on the large front porch and vacation in style knowing you are walking distace to everything including restaurants, bars, shopping, mini-golf and much more!
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
*Condo comes with blankets/comforters and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $95 to $125 depending on amount of people. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.
We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
