OCEAN BLOCK 3-bedroom condo on 139th St. - steps to the beach and Atlantic Ocean! The living, dining and kitchen areas are in a large, open area so entertaining and socializing is easy. Recent upgrades include vinyl plank flooring and new bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed; the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a queen-sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. You'll enjoy 2 full bathrooms, high speed internet/Wi-Fi and cable TV. The TV in the living room is a Smart TV and the TVs in the bedrooms are Rokus so you can stream your favorite shows with your login credentials. This great condo is on the 3rd floor, and the building has an elevator. There is one assigned parking spot and another unassigned guest spot (typically available) so there is normally parking for 2 vehicles. There is also plenty of free street parking nearby. You can relax on the large front balcony with a view of the ocean and vacation in style knowing you are walking distance to everything including restaurants, bars, shopping, mini-golf and much more!

*Condo comes with blankets/comforters and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $137.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked. **

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
