Back at the condo, step outside onto the balcony and enjoy some fresh ocean air while taking in the sights and sounds of Ocean City. With its convenient location and comfortable interior, Seven Seas Unit 205 gives you an ideal home base for your beach vacation. The open living and dining area makes it easy for everyone to stay connected while dining or relaxing. The dining table comfortably accommodates family and friends, and the kitchen equipped with cooking essentials provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo includes 2 queen beds and a smart TV. The living room also includes a full-size sleep sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. The living room also has a Smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite streaming services (logging in with your own credentials). You'll also enjoy a split system for AC and heat in the living room and bedroom, complimentary wifi/high speed internet, a washer and dryer, as well as 1 assigned parking space. Please note this building does not have an elevator so guests must use the stairs to get to the second floor. Seven Seas is close to it all - many restaurants and bars including Seacrets, Macky's, 45th St. Taphouse, Alley Oops, Fager's Island, Coconuts and even Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park! Location, location, location! *Please note pets are required to be 30 lbs or less.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $102.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked. **

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
