Perfectly located just north of the boardwalk, this condo is also walking distance to Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Seacrets and other restaurants, bars and also mini golf! Relax in the bar height adriondack chairs on the balcony and enjoy the great view and amazing morning sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean! Great, prime vacation location in the Sea Place building with high speed internet/wifi, cable TV, a Smart TV in the bedroom, 1 unassigned parking spot and an elevator. Also close to Coconuts, Barn 34, Shotti's Point and Sandbar Karaoke Bar. Please note that this condo does not have a washer and dryer but there is a laundromat 8 blocks away.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillow case for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Linens for this property are $79.65 if you choose to rent them.
