DOWNTOWN Ocean City 2-bedroom condo in one of the best locations you will find - just a couple of blocks away from the famous boardwalk, beach and Atlantic Ocean! You'll love being walking distance to historical restaurants, rides, and arcades. You're just 1 block to the bay and 2 blocks to the ocean - close to everything downtown. Right off the bat the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the kitchen with an island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second bedroom has a pyramid bunk (single mattress on top with double mattress on the bottom) and a twin bed. The living room also includes a queen sleep sofa so you can sleep 8 people comfortably.
This condo also has 2 full bathrooms. There are two TVs with cable in the master bedroom and living room. Also included are wifi/high speed internet and a washer and dryer. You also have 2 parking spots underneath the condo. This condo is on the third floor, and the building includes an elevator.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $135. Guests must supply all soap and paper products.
