Ocean and Bay View 2-bedroom third floor condo - steps to the beach and in a PRIME MIDTOWN LOCATION! Enjoy the ocean view AND bay view from the private balcony! The living, dining and kitchen areas are in a large, open area so entertaining and socializing is easy. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed; the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen-sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. This property also has two full bathrooms, high speed internet, Wi-Fi, new stainless-steel appliances and a new washer and dryer in the condo. All TVs in the condo are smart TVs so you can enjoy your favorite streaming services (logging in with your own credentials). For your vacation, you'll get 2 assigned, covered parking spaces. Please note this is a covered garage so vehicles with luggage racks etc. may not fit in garage. This is a third floor condo and there is a secured elevator in the building. Salty Sands is close to it all - many restaurants and bars including Seacrets, Macky's, 45th St. Taphouse, Alley Oops, Fager's Island, Coconuts and even Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park! Location, location, location!

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $109.95. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
