Direct oceanfront condo in one of the best locations you will find! Enjoy spectacular Atlantic ocean and beach views from 95th street - The Pyramid building! One of the few oceanfront condos with a true PRIVATE balcony! You'll also love relaxing and swimming in the beachfront outdoor pool! This one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo has two double beds in the bedroom and a double sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. The condo also offers free cable TV, high speed internet/wifi, a washer and dryer and one parking spot. There are two Smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.
**There is a $40 Pyramid non-refundable amenity fee charged by the building. It it not included in the price at time of booking and will need to be paid to the building upon check-in at the resort to receive a parking pass, etc.**
* Rental is not available to groups under the age of 25. No pets, sorry. Non-smoking property.
** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so.
