This adorable bungalow style studio is located one block from the beach and Atlantic ocean. This condo is extremely unique with a picturesque oversize patio complete with landscaping and water fountain that can be enjoyed year round. As you step into this peaceful sanctuary you're greeted by French doors which leads into a beautifully decorated studio that will bring joy to you! Condo was renovated a few years ago with a new bathroom and paint! Recent enhancements include a new refrigerator and microwave. Condo association washer and dryers are located on the same level of the unit. Please note: this great condo has ceilings that are a bit shorter than normal, approx. 7.5 ft in height.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $74.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
