3 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condo less than a block to the beach and Atlantic Ocean and only 2 blocks to the Ocean City Convention Center- the perfect midtown location on 42nd St.! This spacious condo is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation. The condo features vinyl plank flooring throughout, central A/C, a washer and dryer, and WIFI/high-speed internet so you can stay connected during your vacation. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances as well as a Keurig and regular coffee maker. The first and second bedroom both include queen beds and TVs. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over double with a twin trundle underneath). There's also a queen sleep sofa so you can sleep 10 people comfortably. All TVs are SMART TVs as well so you can enjoy your favorite streaming services (logging in with your own credentials). Additionally, you'll have one assigned parking spot and there is typically additional free street parking nearby as well. This location offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. You'll be close to the inlet for the many festivals and offseason events the town offers. You're also walking distance to Seacrets, 45th St. Taphouse, mini golf, shopping, etc. It's also a 10-minute walk to a grocery store/deli so you don't need to go very far to have the perfect Ocean City location!

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $162.35 Guests must supply all soap and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
