There are TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. All TVs have firesticks with apps uploaded including YouTube TV (login provided for your to use) so you can stream your favorite shows. This property is located on the fouth floor and the bulding has an elevator. Located in uptown, this oceanfront getaway offers a peaceful escape while still being a short drive to the excitement of downtown Ocean City. *Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $105. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
