This townhouse also has 2 full bathrooms, with one on the main level and another on the second level. There are smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) Other amenities include central air conditioning, wifi/high speed internet, a washer and dryer and 2 assigned under cover parking spots. The entry is on the second level of the building (under cover parking is on the first floor) and there is no elevator in the building. You'll also have two under cover, assigned parking spaces.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $139.65. Guests must supply all soap and paper products.

"We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom townhouse in downtown Ocean City, just a minute walk to the boardwalk, beach, arcades, and restaurants. The location is fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything without needing to drive. We visited at the end of April during Springfest and loved that everything was open and lively. The home was close to everything, clean, updated, and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The two full bathrooms and washer/dryer were convenient, and having two covered parking spots was a big plus. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and we’d happily return!
