Ocean block efficiency condo with outdoor pool located in the heart of mid-town on 62nd Street! This prime location offers the perfect combination of convenience and relaxation. With the beach just steps away away, you can enjoy the sun, sand, and surf whenever you please. The condo features a queen bed and a queen sleep sofa, both located in the living room. This setup allows the condo to comfortably accommodate up to four people, making it ideal for families or small groups. Take a dip in the pool to cool off on hot summer days or simply relax on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze. The condo offers cable TV, one unassigned parking spot and there is a coin operated laundry room in the building. It is located on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator. You're in a fantastic location and walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars in town including Fager's Island, Bad Monkey, Seacrets and Macky's!
*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $77.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.
* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
