You'll love the amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach from the living areas, master bedroom and balcony! Upgrades include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and new white cabinets in the kitchen. Master bathroom has a custom tile shower with glass door! There is luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout! Main bedroom has a king sized bed and second bedroom has a queen sized bed and pull out sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. Wifi and cable TV are both provided by the building. Enjoy large Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Second bedroom also has a smart TV. There is a washer and dryer in the condo and 2 assigned parking spaces are provided. This condo is on the sixth floor and the building has an elevator.
