The WIFI and cable TV are both provided by the building. Conveniently there is a washer and dryer in the condo. This condo offers 1 assigned parking space, the condo is on the 3rd floor of the Marigot Beach building and the building has an elevator.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $72.76. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you'd like to. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
