Great Oceanfront Condo with private ocean front balcony! Enjoy breathtaking sunrises or memorable family dinners outside! Property includes 1 assigned parking space. Enjoy easy beach access as your unit is only a few steps from the ocean! Bedroom has a king sized bed and there is a queen sleep sofa and a single sleep chair in the living room. Wifi and cable TV are both provided by the building. The TV has a firestick which you can use to stream with your login credentials. Marigot Beach is perfectly located on 100th St. The condo is on the first floor (not ground level) and the building has an elevator.
Enjoy easy beach access as your unit is only a few steps from the ocean! Marigot Beach offers an indoor pool. Located in the heart of uptown Ocean City surrounded by restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores is only a few blocks away. Gold Coast Mall is located directly across the street offering several shops, restaurants, a gym and much more!
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $89.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
