3 Bedroom DIRECT BAYFRONT Condo in midtown Ocean City! Great building on 56th St. just across the street (1.5 blocks and a 3-4 minute walk) from the beach and Atlantic Ocean! You'll love this condo, it's direct bayfront view from the main living areas, expansive balcony and the master bedroom! Oh, and of course the best sunsets in Ocean City! This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 3rd floor condo has 9 ft. ceilings, a full sized washer/dryer, high speed wifi and TVs with cable in all bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed and large bath with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. Maresol condos feature an outdoor pool, tennis courts and an elevator. There are two assigned parking spots, one covered and one uncovered. Condo is a short walk to some of the best restaurants and bars in town: Seacrets, Fagers Island, Mackys, Alley Oops, Tequila Frogs and 45th St. Taphouse to name a few.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
