This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is just a few blocks north of the boardwalk and a few minute walk to Jolly Roger Amusement Park, jet ski rentals, charter fishing, mini golf, restaurants and multiple crab houses. When vacationing here, you'll also enjoy high speed internet/wifi, a smart TV in the living room and bedroom where you can login to your favorite streaming services with your own credentials, central AC and a washer and dryer in the condo. Great, prime vacation location with 2 parking spots! The bedroom has a queen sized bed and a pull out sleep chair and the living room has a queen sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 5 people comfortably. Perfectly located condo is also close to Coconuts, Barn 34, Shotti's Point and Sandbar Karaoke Bar. *Please note this condo is on the 3rd floor and the building does not have an elevator. The pool is open seasonally, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day.

*Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillow case for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Linens for this unit will cost $95.00. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
