You'll love the tasteful decor and recent updates this condo offers, including quartz kitchen counter tops and stainless steel appliances, a blender, and three coffee pots just to name a few. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo has large living, dining and kitchen areas so you'll have plenty of room to relax and enjoy yourselves. The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has pyramid style bed with a double/full on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is also a queen sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 9 people comfortably. The condo also has high speed internet/wifi, central A/C and a full-sized washer and dryer. There's also cable TV and Smart TVs (you can login with your login credentials) in the living room and both bedrooms. This fourth floor condo comes with two unassigned parking spaces and the building has an elevator. Island Cabana is centrally located and is close to restaurants, bars, shopping, mini-golf etc. It's the perfect spot for your next getaway!
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen package is $146.65. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
