OCEANBLOCK CONDO on the 4th floor, with a true PRIVATE balcony! You'll also love relaxing and swimming in the outdoor pool! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. The first bedroom features a double bed and a twin bunk bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes a king bed. The living room also has a queen pullout sofa for additional sleeping space. The condo comes with cable TV, Wi-Fi, two unassigned parking spots, an elevator, and stairs, making your stay convenient and comfortable. It's the perfect spot for your next getaway!
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $159.25. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
