This great condo has several recent upgrades including granite kitchen countertops, newer appliances and central AC and vinyl plank flooring throughout. The main en-suite bedroom offers a king sized bed and the second bedroom offers two bunk beds with each having a full sized mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top, allowing you to sleep up to 8 people comfortably. Relax on the large balcony which can be accessed from the living room and main bedroom and enjoy some of the best sunsets in town. You'll also enjoy complimentary high speed wifi/internet and a washer and dryer in the condo. Smart TVs in the living room and main bedoom allow you to stream your favorite shows (with our login credentials.) This condo comes with 2 unassigned parking spaces, is located on the third floor and there is no elevator in the building. Great commnunity with 2 outdoor pools and tennis courts! Perfect vacation location - close to restaurants, shopping, Northside Park, etc. This fantastic property is at the entrance of Harbour Club so you're only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and Atlantic Ocean!
**Linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available for $158.65. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillowcase for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
* We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.
* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
