AMAZING VIEWS from this DIRECT BAYFRONT 2 Bedroom Midtown Condo! You'll love this condo and its fantastic waterfront view from the main living areas, expansive balcony and the master bedroom! Oh, and of course the best sunsets in Ocean City! This 2-bedroom, 2 full bath second floor condo has a washer/dryer, high speed wifi, 2 Smart TVs (to be used with your login credentials). The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs including a waffle iron. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room has a pull-out sleep sofa. This bayfront condo is just under a mile to the beach and Atlantic Ocean - a few minutes' drive or 17–20-minute walk. The unit also comes with one assigned parking space.

*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $110.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

***We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.***

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

"Bayside waterfront property, great value! My wife and our two children stay here every year and love this location. The unobstructed sunset view every night over the bay is an absolute treat and an excellent way to wrap up a day at the beach. Georgetown by the Sea on 94th St. is a great, safe, quiet, family friendly location with many options nearby to eat and enjoy ocean city attractions. Getting to the beach is easy, with a two minute drive to the Acme shopping center where you can park for free and access the beach all day. Outdoor showers on the right side of the building make it easy to wash off the family after a sandy day on the beach. This property is also on the top floor with elevator access so you don’t hear people above you or around you. Great cheap place to stay the whole family will enjoy."

Unbeatable Sunsets on the Bay

"Our family of four had a relaxing and fun beach week at this bayside condo. It's right on the bay and the view from the balcony is spectacular (especially at sunset). We liked that it's quiet and tucked away from the main road but still easy to get to the beach, grocery store, playground, and shops. We will definitely come back to this condo next year!"

Perfect place for a vacation at the beach!

"We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo! It was clean, comfortable and had amazing views. I appreciated that it had 2 bathrooms so plenty of room for everyone.
The condo was in a convenient location. It is close to the main highway and has plenty of nearby restaurant options. At the same time it is removed from the hustle and bustle and is a quiet refuge in a busy place.
We can't wait to return in 2025!"
