AMAZING VIEWS from this DIRECT BAYFRONT 2 Bedroom Midtown Condo! You'll love this condo and its fantastic waterfront view from the main living areas, expansive balcony and the master bedroom! Oh, and of course the best sunsets in Ocean City! This 2-bedroom, 2 full bath second floor condo has a washer/dryer, high speed wifi, 2 Smart TVs (to be used with your login credentials). The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room has a pull-out sleep sofa. This bayfront condo is just under a mile to the beach and Atlantic Ocean - a few minute drive or 17-20 minute walk. The unit also comes with one assigned parking space.
*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $110.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
**Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
***We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.***
