Just newly renovated this gorgeous two-story beach home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for your perfect beach vacation. Walk out onto the balcony to beautiful ocean views which are also enjoyed from the upstairs bedroom. The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed and private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and a twin sleep sofa. Additionally the living room has a queen sleep sofa which together will sleep 9 guests comfortably. Smart TV's in the living room and each bedroom with free high speed Wi-Fi. The location is absolute perfection as you wake up and have your coffee watching the sunrise on your private balcony or soak up the people watNching on the OC Boardwalk. One free on-site parking space comes with the reservation. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

**Linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available for $115. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillowcase for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

* We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
