2 story 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom beachfront condo steps away from the Atlantic ocean! This great condo has stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and a private balcony to enjoy meals and coffee on those nice summer mornings. The first floor bedroom has a queen sized bed and a twin rollaway in the closet. The second bedroom on the second floor has a king bed. The third bedroom on the second floor has a bunk that are two twin sized mattresses. The third bedroom also includes a twin trundle so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. You'll enjoy smart TVs (you can login with your own credentials) included in the living room and third bedroom with free high speed internet/wifi. There is also a washer and dryer in the garage laundry room for your laundry needs. There are two private parking spots in the garage that can fit small to medium sized cars. You're close to many great restaurants, bars, shopping and tons of other activities!
*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $143.65 A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
**Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
