Enjoy the side view of the ocean from the private balcony. Vacaction in style as this condo has been recently upgraded with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and luxury tile flooring. The bedroom has two double beds and there is also a full-size sleep sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. There is a full bathroom in the hallway and a half bath in the bedroom. This amazing condo also includes a Smart TV, cable, high speed internet/wifi and a washer and dryer. This top floor condo on the 5th floor and the building has an elevator. One assigned parking space. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Ropewalk, Fager's Island, and Hooked to name a few! Also close to variety of shopping, other dining and entertainment options!
