OCEANFRONT, 2 bedroom 2 bedroom condo in the Braemar Towers South building on 131st St. with an outdoor pool! Enjoy some of Ocean City's best views (sunrises and sunsets) while being only steps from the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the private balcony where you can soak in the sights and sounds of the beach for a relaxing Ocean City vacation. This condo has a side/south facing view where you can enjoy ocean views from the inside and both ocean and bay views from the balcony - the best of both worlds. Inside, the cozy living area is perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The well stocked kitchen will also meet all of your cooking needs. The first bedroom has a king bed and also includes a private balcony. The second bedroom incudes a queen and twin bed. The living room also includes a queen sleep sofa. Although the bedding configuration allows for 7 people, the maximum occupancy for the property is still 6 people at all times. Six people is the maximum amount of people allowed. This condo also includes cable tv and streaming so you can enjoy your favorite streaming services (logging in with your own credentials). Other features of this condo include a washer, dryer, and one unassigned parking space. The condo is located on the 7th floor and the building also has an elevator for easy access.

Guests of Braemar towers also get to enjoy several amenities. These include outdoor activities such as an outdoor pool and tennis courts. There are also indoor amenities like the fitness center/sauna and the game room.

*Please note Braemar Towers has a $75 building amenity use fee. This fee is NOT INCLUDED in your final reservation price and will need to be paid at the building upon arrival. This fee includes one parking space.Additional spaces are available on a first come, first served basis directly through the Braemar Towers building when you arrive.

*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $121.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant.You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soap and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
