**Linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available for $115. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillowcase for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
* We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.
* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.

"We had a fantastic time at this condo! Most places on the boardwalk are older but this place was comfy, well decorated and in a location that can’t beat! It was perfect for my husband and son and I. We loved opening the door right to the boardwalk and beach. The deck was the best place for coffee or a glass of wine. We rented linens right through them for one thing not to worry about. Plenty of restaurants/Starbucks in a few blocks and quieter part of beach. The company was friendly and helpful. We thought we locked ourselves out one night and they were quick to assist. Only downside I saw was that it was a hike getting back to the condo from the southern end of the boardwalk which my family loved. But I would book here again with no hesitation. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"
