This cozy one-bedroom condo is a perfect spot for a beach getaway with an oversized, private balcony and a fantastic location close to many nearby restaurants. This condo can comfortably sleep 4 people and has 1 queen sized bed and a full-sized sleep sofa, both of which are located in the bedroom. There is also a sleep sofa in the living room, so for two couples you could sleep both couples in the bedroom or one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Other amenities include high speed internet/Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and one unassigned parking space. There are Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom so you can stream your favorite shows with your login credentials. Grab breakfast at very popular Bayside Skillet or go to dinner at Saltwater 75, Ropewalk, and more. You'll love your vacation here!
*Please note, this condo is on the first floor of the building with parking on the main level of the building so you need to go up a flight of stairs. The building does not have an elevator and there is no washer/dryer in the condo.

Cute and close to everything!
"The unit was cute and comfortable for our few day stay. We loved being able to walk to dinner and breakfast. The parking is a little tight but there was always a spot for us. Something to mention is the next door neighbor seems like a permanent resident and had 3-4 parrots living on their porch. They talked all day and night and made the porch a little less enjoyable because of the noise. "
