Direct bayfront townhouse on Bayshore Drive! You'll love this location - enjoy expansive direct bay views from the living room, main bedroom, deck and yard. You'll love watching the charter boats, jet skis and other watercraft come and go for a true vacation experience. There's even a large deck and yard so you can enjoy outdoor games, gathering and fun. The inside of the home features exposed wood beams, wood flooring and an upgraded kitchen that features granite counter tops, stainless steel applianaces and a center island. There's even a second refrigerator in the utility room so you can stock plenty of your favorite bevarages for your beach vacation.
This house has 2 true bedrooms and a pass through 3rd bedroom/den on the upper level. The master bedroom has a balcony, overlooks the bay and has a king sized bed. The second bedroom includes a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (both twin sized mattresses) and a lone twin bed. The living room also includes a full sized sleep sofa so this townhouse can sleep 9 people comfortably. You'll also enjoy central airconditioning, complimentary high speed internet/wifi and smart TVs in the living room and the second bedroom so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) There is also a washer and dryer for your laundry needs and a coffee pot that takes standard filters. You'll have parking for at least two cars, depending on their size, and up to 3 parking spaces for smaller cars. There is also plenty of free street parking nearby. This townhouse is a short walk or drive to everything, about a 15-20 minute walk or a few minute drive to the beach and boardwalk - Bayshore Drive is 27th St. bayside. You'll be close to several restaurants and bars and there is even mini golf at the end of the street. You're also just minutes away from Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park and tons of other places. *Please note the upstairs bedroom configuration and take a look at the photos. Bedroom 2 has the queen bed on the street side. You walk though bedroom 3/den to get to bedroom 2. There is a pocket door that can be closed and divide these two rooms. Also, the hot tub and boat lift are not available to be used by guests.
**Linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available for. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillowcase for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option for $152.75 when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
* We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.
