Waterfront ground level condo on Robin Drive (28th St.). This canal front condo is approx. 7/10 of a mile from the beach and boardwalk - a very quick drive or an 18–20-minute walk. Enjoy your morning coffee on the outside deck that's right on the canal. The kitchen is also equipped with a keurig coffee maker and stainless steel appliances for all of your cooking needs. First floor condo has a queen-sized bed and a queen sleep sofa so you can sleep 4 people comfortably. Enjoy complimentary high-speed internet/wifi and a smart TV in both the bedroom and living room you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) This condo is at the west end of Robin Dr., so you are not in all the hustle and bustle, but you are still a short walk or drive to everything. You'll be close to several restaurants and bars and there is even mini golf at the end of the street. You're also just minutes away from Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park and tons of other places.

**Linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available for. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillowcase for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option for $77.35 when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

* We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
