You'll receive one assigned parking space, although there is generally free street parking nearby as well. This condo is located on the first floor, although there are a few steps you have to go up to get to the front door. Bahama Princess is a short walk to Minit Market grocery store and there's even a place to rent jet skis or a charter fishing boat trip right beside the building! PERFECT LOCATION for a family - you can walk to Jolly Roger for the kids (young and adult kids) and you're also a short walk to the beach and Atlantic Ocean! You're just off the beaten path enough to avoid the hustle and bustle, but you're a also a short walk to all the action. *Please note that you cannot park a boat or jet ski trailer in the parking lot, you will have to park the trailer elsewhere. Ocean City also does not allow trailer parking on the street during summer months. *
