St, this large, open floor plan condo is the perfect spot for your beach vacation. You'll enjoy two large balconies, one located off of the living areas and the other with an oceanview off of the both bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds and there is also a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room. You'll be not only to sleep 6 people comfortably but also have plenty of room for everyone to stretch out in this large condo. Complimentary cable TV, high speed internet/wifi, a full sized washer and dryer and 2 free unassigned parking spaces are included with this condo. There is a Smart TV in the living room so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) This condo is located on the second floor and there is an elevator in the building. Located in uptown, this ocean getaway offers a peaceful escape while still being a short drive to the excitement of downtown Ocean City. You're also close to Northside Park, shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. and a short drive to Fenwick Beach, DE. You'll love this location for the perfect beach vacation!
**Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $104.95. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
