Great Ocean Front Condo with balcony for those Ocean City sunrises! Enjoy easy beach access as your unit is only a few steps from the ocean! Located in uptown Ocean City surrounded by restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores only a few blocks away. The main bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a Twin bed. There is a Queen sleep sofa and a Day bed in the living room so this unit sleeps 6 people comfortably. Property includes 1 assigned parking space and Wifi provided.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $105.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
