RENOVATED North Ocean City condo! Pets allowed and only a 3 night minimum! Just a few blocks to the beach and Atlantic Ocean! The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, new granite counter tops and there is also a brand new split HVAC system. You'll enjoy high speed internet/wifi and you can stream from the Smart/Roku Tv in the living room (with your login credentials).The bedroom has a queen sized bed and there is also a queen sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 4 people comfortably. Enjoy the peaceful North Ocean City location (143rd St.) but still be close to everything - the beach, shopping, restaurants and more. There is a parking lot for the building and yuo can have two cars. There is plenty of free street parking directly near the condo.
Please note that this is a pet friendly property. The property is clean but book with understanding that while the property may be really clean, pet hair is the gift that keeps on giving. You can spend 5 hours cleaning dog hair only to have it reappear from somewhere else 5 minutes later.*
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property.
*Condo comes with blankets/comforters and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $39 to $47 depending on amount of people. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.
We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
