Luxurious ocean view condo 2 blocks from the beach with a rooftop pool overlooking the ocean! 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer in the unit. Seaside Retreat building also features an exercise room for you to enjoy. This property rents Saturday to Saturday and 2 parking spaces are included at no extra charge. *Property is handicapped accessible with an elevator leading to the condo and 36" hallway and 34" bedroom/bathroom interior door openings.
Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry. Rental is not available to groups under the age of 25. Due to condo association rules, only 7 day rentals or longer are allowed.
Linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available. A complete line set includes a sheet and pillow case for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
