Waterfront 1 bedroom corner condo with an outdoor pool! Jockey Beach Club condos are located on 123rd St. and this condo is only a 5 minute walk (2-3 blocks) to the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This perfectly located condo is canal front but you have a view of the ocean from the balcony off of the living room and the master bedroom! This 2 level condos has the living room and kitchen on the main level and the bedroom and full bathroom on the second level..There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 4 people comfortably. You'll also enjoy having a Smart TV in the living room and master bedroom, cable TV, high speed internet/wifi and a washer and dryer. This condo is located just a few blocks from popular Northside Park, a 58 acre complex with lighted softball/baseball fields, a soccer field, playgrounds, etc. Located close to many restuarants and Montego Bay shopping center. This is s top level, 3rd floor condo and the building does not have an elevator. One free parking spot.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
*Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $45 to $59 depending on amount of people. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.
