OCEAN FRONT 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Golden Sands! Amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean from the 16th floor! You'll love the floor to ceiling windows and doors in this recently updated condo! With spetacular ocean views from the living room and master bedroom, this is the perfect vacation location. Enjoy the private balcony from the living room and master bedroom! Condo has high speed internet, TVs in both bedrooms and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twins and the here is a sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. Golden Sands offers an indoor and outdoor pool, oceanfront volleyball, tennis courts, a game room and a fitness center! There's also a beach bar and grill, convenience store and sandwhich shop on-site. One assigned parking spot is included at no additonal cost. **There is a $50 Golden Sands non-refundable amenity fee charged by the building. It it not included in the price at time of booking and will need to be paid to the building upon check-in at the resort.**
This property rents for 7 day minimums Saturday to Saturday beginning of June thru end of September and 3 night minimum all other dates.
* Rental is not available to groups under the age of 25. No pets, sorry. Non-smoking property.
** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Linens range from $59 to $125 depending on amount of people.
*** Please note that if you have stayed in Golden Sands before, there are larger 2 bedroom condos. This is the version with the smaller second bedroom (size is still fine - see pics) and is 890 sq. ft. whereas some 2 bedroom units are 1092 sq. ft.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
