Sit in your living room or on the private balcony and listen to the sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. Upgrades include stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops in the new kitchen, new bathrooms, new luxury vinyl plank flooring and new paint throughout! The bedroom features a queen sized bed and a double bed so you can sleep 4 people comfortably. There is a smaller sleep sofa in the living room for 2 children. You'll also enjoy free high speed internet/wifi, a Smart TV in the living room and bedroom (you can login with your login credentials), a washer and dryer in the condo and one assigned parking spot. The Constellation House is the perfect condo building in the perfect location. You're walking distance to some of the best bars and restaurants in town including Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island just to name a few. You're in a prime location close to everything! This is an oceanfront building and this condo faces the ocean. There is a sand dune between the condo and ocean so while you cannot physically see the ocean from the condo (see last two pics), you are right there!
*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $59 to $99 depending on amount of people. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.
**Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
