Canalfront condo off of Jamestown Rd. in Ocean City - bring the boat! This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom modest condo is located directly on a canal and has a privat boat slip! The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed so you can sleep 4 people comfortably. You'll also enjoy one free parking spot, free high speed internet/wifi. This condo is approx. 4/10 of a mile from the beach and Atlantic Ocean so you are only an 8-10 minute walk away. You'll be close to shopping, restaurants, bars and tons of other activities. You can also bring your boat, jet ski or favorite water toy and dock it in the boat slip. You will need to find a place to park your trailer though as no trailers are allowed in the parking lot or on the street during the summer months. Contact us if you have questions about the slip but generally it will accommodate a 23 ft. boat or smaller. The home is perfectly located for a great Ocean City family vacation!
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property.
*Property comes with blankets/comforters and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $75 to $95 depending on amount of people. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.
We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
